Star Bac Technology S.L., one of the Spanish leaders in purification and conservation of the canalization that collaborates with both private companies and public entities. The biological treatment that it applies consists in the constant dosage of a bacterial pool, 365 days, 24 hours, taking advantage of the retention time of the wastewater.
Star Bac Technology, opted for Whitewall Solutions technology to design a micro-pumping system that met the requirements and specifications of its purification solution. Whitewall Solutions designed the micro-pumping system to optimize energy consumption, improving the autonomy of the solution, as well as to carry out regular dosing regardless of environmental circumstances.
For this, Whitewall Solutions selected the micropump to guarantee a constant and regular flow of the bacterial pool with reduced energy consumption.
Whitewall Solutions designed a custom built-in system and developed the firmware that manages the quantity and speed of dosing.
