Whitewall Software Attended the 4th Commercial Forum of the Granada Chamber of Commerce

The Granada Chamber of Commerce has celebrated its 4th commercial forum with the famous psychologist and teacher Buenaventura del Charco Olea, also known as Ventura, under the slogan “the art of connecting with others.” A presentation focused on how effective human relations can be in business activities.

During the event, emphasis was placed on the importance of empathy and authenticity when establishing valuable links, something that is key for any activity in any sector. In addition, how significant emotions can be in decision-making during an individual’s purchasing process.

Connection, reciprocity, and influence were the terms to which the Marbella psychologist placed special emphasis to explain how important these three factors are when creating successful commercial connections.

Once the talk was over, the attendees had the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail-style lunch where miniatures of the dishes from the menu of the newly opened Monkiria restaurant were tasted.

Throughout the lunch, a relaxed space was created that encouraged networking and the exchange of experiences among the professionals from the sector who attended the event, such as Finanzas & I+D+I, Language House, or the digital consultancy BIMnD.
